Introduction and feedback processes are integral parts of the trial. Prior to obtaining access to our database, you will be given a short, eight minute introduction to the content and functionality of our system. The introduction can be carried out face-to-face or over the web at your convenience. A member of the Account Support team will contact you to arrange the session. At the end of the trial, your Business Development Manager will contact you to discuss your feedback.

In order for you to gain the most value from the trial, it is important that your trial objectives are set. This will enable us to best advise which features apply to you and your role. It will also assist during the feedback process by establishing how our system met your objectives.
