For the past year, PI has worked closely with Arrival Education (AE), an educational change organisation, that for the last four years has worked closely with young people living in challenging communities. Feedback from these young people highlights that they feel they are not receiving the education they need to be successful and that they lack genuine opportunities to legitimately advance themselves. Many have also stated that they would not know how to maximise these opportunities even if they came their way.

Many of the young people AE works with have talents and skills that businesses are crying out for but in the current educational structure these talents often go unrecognised. On top of this, these communities have little or no way of accessing the kinds of opportunities available to those with the right networks and schooling.

AE's response to this is Success for Life, a 4 year talent development programme, conducted in partnership with 'The UK's 1,000 most aspirational organisations', from household brand names to dynamic SMEs. Working with these organisations, AE delivers a personal and community transformation programme, which uses the playground politics of peer pressure to transform whole school and wider communities, through a peer leverage approach. These programmes are primarily run with young people and schools in challenging city communities.

Ultimately, AE, PI and all of the other organisations involved with this fantastic programme intend to work to resolve the talent and skill issues facing business, while simultaneously resolving significant social issues.
